In fact, the 390 Adventure’s seat height is 855mm. While, this is on the tall side among small adventure bikes on the market, it’s not excessively high compared to many motorcycles. However, the seat itself is quite wide which contributed to my flat-footing struggles. It’s certainly something to bear in mind if you’re a shorter rider.

I'm not scared of it going over. In my opinion 790/890s is the best adventure bike for shorter riders in the market right now, at least on paper. There is no other 21" wheel bike with 83cm seat height that has 23cm ground clearance and 20cm suspension travel. Add to that it is one of the lightest in its class.
Nothing else for it. I have a 32" inseam and the Duke seat height is 34" but my 175 pounds compresses the suspension enough so I can almost plant both feat flat, but not quite. The Duke seat is shaped to maximize leg.length. Off course motocross guys don't have to ride in traffic.
