It is similar to the first Forza Horizon game. On the Xbox One, the online road trip just randomly chooses the class and races for you. At first I thought I must be doing it wrong, or missing an option, but no, the Xbox One version really is totally stripped down and lacking in the essential basic functionality that the 360 version has.
