Some of the fights can be tougher as a lowbie, but you get a lot of killing and swag in, plus a chance to make massive amounts of gold right at the start of the game. It's doable at level 7, it's what I did my first playthrough. The recommended level is 12 I think. And that is why I hate those bounty hunters.
